Full confidence and courage, with the exploration of there full inner ability to show her existence in this male oriented society. Since last few years women have there interruption in politics and administrative areas and some of them have proved themselves as a good leader or administrator. In India women have three stages opportunities first at the level of political parties, women are having direct participation in politics either she is from rural or urban grounds they are having participation from national politics to panchayats. Second at institutional level establishment of national women commission which is a bond organization to save women rights. Thirdly at the movement political level, on the national, regional, and local issues, collectively show there aggression and through this to effect the political decision making process is an important change.
