A Memorable Experience at CM House: For “Naari Shakti Vandan” Event

I myself along with my colleague Dr. Surbhi mittal and 70 students of BBA and MBA from Biyani Group of Colleges (BISMA & BGC) had the privilege to visit the Chief Minister’s residence on April 10 th , 2026 for the “Naari Shakti Vandan” event organized by the CMO of Rajasthan. It was truly an exciting experience. The event was conducted in line with Naari Shakti Vandan Event series at national level. The atmosphere of the event was filled with enthusiasm and pride as women from different walks of life gathered there to celebrate empowerment, strength, and achievements.

The event highlighted the importance of women’s contributions to society and encouraged greater participation in leadership and decision-making roles. Various speakers like IAS and RAS officers shared motivating stories and emphasized the need for continued support for women’s education, safety, and independence. They shared that mantra of women success, growth and empowerment lies in “Confidence”. One important slogan was used repeatedly to highlight the importance of women in the society by saying “Hum Naari hain, Hum Sab Par Bhaari Hain”.

The seminar commenced with a welcoming of the Honorable CM of Rajasthan Shri Bhajanalal Sharma, who interacted with women from within the state from different age brackets and areas. His address highlighted the importance of women empowerment and the government’s commitment to upliftment of women through various welfare schemes in rural and urban areas like – Laado Protsahan Yojana, Lakhpati didi and Drone didi, Maa Voucher Yojana for women health and Kali Bhai Yojna etc. Students of our BBA college gained awareness about various government schemes and also developed an understanding of entrepreneurship opportunities for females in the country. This enhanced their information about self-employment schemes, skill development, and ways to become financially independent.

Respected CM sir also addressed the audience by highlighting the contemporary women reservation bill being discussed in parliament houses; that may lead to women representation in politics up to 33% in coming times.

Overall, the program was both informative and engaging. Students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found it memorable and enriching. The visit not only provided learning opportunities but also inspired students to contribute positively to society. The visit also provided a glimpse into the functioning of such an important place but also left me feeling motivated and hopeful about the progress of women in our country. It was a memorable experience that reinforced the value of respecting and uplifting women in every sphere of life.

The event concluded with refreshments for all participants, leaving the students inspired and motivated & it provided a meaningful experience that will have a lasting impact on the students.

For this memorable and knowledge full opportunity, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Rajiv Biyani, Chairman of Biyani Group of Colleges and Dr. Sanjay Biyani, Director of Biyani Group of Colleges, who let us attend the “Naari Shakti Vandan” program. Their vision and dedication towards women empowerment is quite visible in terms of his contribution towards female education that has empowered numerous girls with meaningful insights and bright careers. Thank you for this enriching and impactful learning experience.
