More than 32 professors and representatives from over 20 institutes across India and Japan will provide students with insights into higher education, careers, research, artificial intelligence, and global opportunities from September 20 to 23, 2026.
The 21st Biyani International Conference (BICON-2026), organized by Biyani Group of Colleges, will be held in Jaipur from September 20 to 23, 2026. This year, the conference is being organized around the theme “Artificial Intelligence for Smart and Resilient Societies.”
The four-day international conference will bring together academicians, scientists, industry experts, innovators, and research scholars from India and Japan to deliberate on important areas such as artificial intelligence, education, healthcare, industry, media, law, and social development.
The conference aims to strengthen India-Japan academic and industrial collaboration, encourage research and innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and provide students and faculty members with meaningful global exposure. Knowledge exchange will take place through expert talks, research presentations, and interactive sessions.
India-Japan Academic Partnership Through MoU
As part of the conference, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will also be signed between Biyani Group of Colleges and Osaka College of Tourism and Business, Japan. Through this partnership, students will gain new opportunities for cross-cultural learning, academic collaboration, skill development, and international exposure.
Under the guidance of Conference Organizing Chair and Director (Research and Development) Professor Dr. Manish Biyani, and Convener and Assistant Director (Research, Development and Global Affairs) Dr. Radhika Biyani Daga, more than 16 professors and representatives from reputed universities and institutions in Japan will participate in BICON-2026.
The participating Japanese institutions include Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Saitama University, Kanazawa University, Ishikawa Prefectural University, Naitei Bridge, and Osaka College of Tourism and Business.
From India, academicians and experts from several reputed institutions, including IIT Delhi, IIT Indore, IIT Jodhpur, IIT Kanpur, Central University of Haryana, BHU Varanasi, and GSFC Gujarat, will participate in the conference.
Two Decades of International Academic Collaboration
For the past two decades, Biyani institutions have been actively promoting international academic collaboration, particularly with Japan. Through these initiatives, students and faculty members have gained opportunities for academic exchange, research collaboration, and global exposure.
Day 1: Study in Japan – Exploring Higher Education and Career Opportunities
On the first day of the conference, a special session titled “Study in Japan: Exploring Higher Education and Career Opportunities” will be organized at Takshashila Auditorium, Maheshwari Public School, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur.
The session will provide students with information about higher education, scholarships, admissions, and career opportunities in Japan. Students will also have the opportunity to interact with representatives of Japanese universities, alumni, and industry experts.
Day 2: The Future of Intelligent Healthcare and Scientific Innovation
On the second day, the Departments of Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Naturopathy, and Yogic Sciences will organize a session on “The Future of Intelligent Healthcare and Scientific Innovation.”
Venue: Utsav Auditorium, Biyani Girls College, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.
Experts will discuss emerging areas including AI-based healthcare, life sciences, telemedicine, smart nursing, nanomedicine, climate change, and healthcare innovation.
Day 3: Building the AI-Powered Economy
On the third day, the Departments of Commerce, Management, and IT will organize a conference on “Building the AI-Powered Economy: Innovation, Strategy and Governance.”
The discussions will focus on global AI adoption, digital inclusion, explainable AI, predictive modeling, decision support systems, business optimization, strategic decision-making, and data privacy.
Day 4: AI, Society, Education, Law and Governance
Two important sessions will be organized on the fourth day of the conference, bringing together perspectives from social sciences, education, law, governance, and technology.
Intelligent Societies: AI Transforming Social Systems, Human Development and Education
Organized by the Department of Social Sciences and Education, this session will explore the growing role of AI in social systems, human development, education, culture, and communication.
The Future of Law and Governance in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Organized by the Department of Law, this session will examine emerging legal and governance challenges associated with artificial intelligence.
Experts will deliberate on topics including AI and society, culture, education, ethics, media and journalism, digital communication, AI-driven creativity, sustainable development, AI and law, data privacy, cyber law, digital evidence, cybersecurity, and policy design.
A Step Towards Responsible AI and Global Collaboration
Through BICON-2026, an effort will be made to explore a balanced relationship between artificial intelligence and human development, promote responsible technological innovation, and provide a new direction to future academic and industrial collaboration between India and Japan.
