Lakshya 2026: Life-Changing Motivational Seminar, Career Counselling & Pratibha Samman Ceremony
Biyani Group of Colleges, Jaipur, recently organized an inspiring student-focused event aimed at motivating young learners, recognizing their achievements, and helping them build a stronger foundation for their future. The event, titled “Lakshya” Life-Changing Motivational Seminar, Personal Career Counselling, Pratibha Samman and Teacher Honour Ceremony 2026, brought together students, teachers, and educators in an atmosphere of learning, encouragement, and celebration.
The program focused on an important message: success does not come only from academic performance. Determination, effective time management, continuous learning, self-confidence, and strong networking also play an important role in achieving career goals.
Around 230 students from Sanskar School, Krishna Public School, and Mayur School participated in the program. Students who demonstrated talent and achievement were recognized with medals, certificates, and mementos. Teachers accompanying the students were also honoured for their valuable contribution, guidance, and support in shaping young minds.
During the event, CA Abhishek Biyani, Assistant Director, Biyani Group of Colleges, encouraged students to develop positive habits and work consistently towards their goals. He emphasized the importance of completing work on time, treating others respectfully, developing strong networks, and continuously improving oneself.
Importance of Career Guidance and Goal Setting
The event also highlighted the importance of making informed career decisions. Students were encouraged to understand their interests, identify their strengths and abilities, set clear career goals, and develop the skills required to achieve them. The availability of career counselling was presented as an additional support for students planning their future.
The ceremony was therefore more than just a felicitation program. It created an opportunity for students to celebrate their achievements while also receiving practical guidance for the journey ahead.
