Biyani Group of Colleges invites applications for participation in the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) under OTIT/JITCO, Japan. This is a 3–5 year internship program in various fields such as Care Givers, Agriculture, Fishery, Construction, Food Manufacturing, Textiles, Machinery & Metals, and more, as detailed in the attachment.
Objective
To provide a platform for young workers from India to acquire industrial and vocational skills as Technical Intern Trainees in companies across Japan. During the 3–5 year training period, candidates will enhance their technical expertise and practical knowledge, enabling them to contribute effectively to the economic and industrial development of their home country upon their return.
Benefits
Candidates will undergo periodic on-the-job assessments, and upon successful completion of the program, they will be awarded a Professional Competency Certificate. In addition, selected candidates will be eligible for an attractive compensation package and other employment benefits.
Requirements
Candidates must complete the Japanese language and cultural orientation program and successfully qualify the required tests and interviews before their departure to Japan.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 18–30 years
Qualification: Minimum 10+2. Preference will be given to ITI diploma holders and graduate candidates in relevant fields.
Experience
Candidates having relevant field experience will have an added advantage.
Proficiency in Japanese Language
Candidates should possess JLPT N5 or above, as per the program requirements. They will be required to undergo Japanese language training, cultural orientation, and domain-specific training at our center for a period of up to 4 months. During this training period, boarding and lodging facilities will also be available.
