Overview:
The D.El.Ed. programme prepares future teachers for elementary and primary education. The course focuses on child-centered pedagogy, foundational literacy and numeracy, inclusive education, and activity-based learning methodologies. It integrates theoretical understanding of child development with practical classroom teaching through school internships. Emphasis is placed on creativity, communication skills, and classroom management techniques. The programme fosters sensitivity toward diverse learners and promotes holistic development of children. Students are trained in innovative teaching strategies and assessment methods suitable for early education settings, ensuring they become competent and compassionate educators.
