Every college journey begins with a first day, and at Biyani Group of Colleges, that first day came with music, masks, and a whole lot of royal charm. The Co-Ed IT Department hosted its Freshers’ Party, “Aarambh 2026,” to give newly admitted students a warm welcome, and the campus was buzzing with excitement.
A Royal Masquerade Theme
This year’s theme, “The Royal Masked Waltz – Ballroom Masquerade Fusion,” turned the venue into something out of a fairy tale. Elegant outfits, mysterious masks, and lively cultural performances set the mood for an evening that felt equal parts glamorous and fun.
A Graceful Beginning
The celebration started with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp. The guests included Dr. Sanjay Biyani, Director; Dr. Dhyan Singh Gothwal, Dean and Principal; CA Abhishek Biyani and CA Sakshi Biyani, Assistant Directors; and Dr. Sachin Bagoria, Head of the IT Department, along with other distinguished guests and faculty members.
The judging panel featured Ritika Jhalani, Head of the Fashion Department, and Abhishek Sinsinwar, Assistant Professor, Law Department.
The programme then opened with a soulful Ganesh Vandana, which filled the hall with a calm, devotional atmosphere and made the start of the new academic journey feel truly auspicious.
More Than Just a Party
Aarambh 2026 was designed to help freshers feel at home. It gave them a chance to get familiar with the college environment and culture, make new friends, and show off their talent, creativity, and confidence on a big stage.
Fun, Talent, and Lots of Confidence
The day was packed with activities: a ramp walk, a talent round, games, and quiz competitions. Students joined in with great enthusiasm and let their personalities shine. The ramp walk was a crowd favourite, with participants stepping out in stylish looks and walking with confidence. Singing, dancing, and other cultural performances added even more colour to the celebration.

The evening ended with the announcement of the winners:

A Memorable Start
Aarambh 2026 was a joyful beginning for the new students, full of energy, friendship, and memories they will carry with them. As the word “Aarambh” says, this was only the start. We wish our freshers a wonderful journey ahead at Biyani Group of Colleges.
