You will be glad to know that for the distribution of undergraduate and post graduate degrees, the management has decided to hold a convocation ceremony on 23rd January, 2016 at 11 AM in the College Auditorium.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly send your consent to be present for receiving the degree, via e-mail between 1st Jan 2016 to 15th January 2016, So that necessary arrangements can be made in this regard.
Note: – 1) Students should come in white Sari/Salwar suit.
2) Bring a copy of Exam Marksheet and your ID proof also.
You are further requested to fill the Alumni Association form and mail it back to Dean, Biyani Girls College, R-4, Sector-3, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur-302039
