What is color?

Color is one of the most essential elements of fashion design because it is the first thing we notice about a garment. Likewise, color is also important for any design field like jewellry design, interior design, graphic design, animation, etc. although colors are mostly used in the fashion field it’s also used in animation, graphic design, VFX, etc.

When white light crosses the prism it breaks up into seven colors V(Violet), I(Indigo), B(Blue), G(green), Y(yellow), O(orange), R(red), VIBGYOR. These are called the colors of the spectrum. Color is the feature of things that is caused by differing qualities of light being reflected or produced by them.

Humans have always been attracted to colors since ancient times Colors.  In India, proof of usage of dyes is found in the colored garments and traces of madder dye in remnants of the Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro civilizations. Color makes the world feel vibrant and alive. But that’s not all. Color helps us make sense of the world. It contains vast amounts of information—about the natural world and the human world. RED color

Red is a color associated with physical energy and passion, in the natural world it’s often used as a warning to predators that danger is near. It’s a color that makes us more alert, and pay more attention to the current moment.

It is the most passionate and expressive color. This is the color of love. The red dress is more visible, but it also makes a person harder. As a strong color, it usually does not help in different negotiations and confrontations. Red dress expresses confidence, boldness, courage, etc.: a person who wears it feels seductive and dominant.

YELLOW color

Chiefly, Yellow is cheerful, sunny, and attracts attention. Energetic people who feel open and young like to wear yellow. Those who want to get rid of loneliness should wear yellow. It is suitable (yellow fashion accessories) for a job interview because it helps us with clear expression.

BLUE color

Blue is the color of the ocean, and the sky. It is the most popular color. Also, it is quiet, calming, but also cold and depressing, causing the body to cool. It is suggested for job interviews because it symbolizes loyalty.

Certainly, blue clothes should be worn by people who suffer from mental fatigue and those who need peace and relaxation. It encourages decision-making, brings understanding, and wisdom, and strengthens self-confidence and a sense of responsibility to others. Avoid it if you are melancholic, depressed, and nervous.

VIOLET color

It represents luxury, wealth, and sophistication. It is a color of royalty. Violet should be worn by people who want peace, and pure love, and those who meditate and pray because it brings peace and tranquility. Basically, people who do not like silence, are too sensitive, or want to be accepted by society should avoid wearing violet.
