13 May,10 : NATIONAL TABLE SOCCER TOURNAMENT was organized in Mohali. Neelam Yadav secured gold medal in mixed group. Neha Yadav and Sakshi Singh won silver medals in singles. All these girls are selected for Indian Master Table Soccer Team.
21 June’10 : Six players of INTERNATIONAL TABLE SOCCER have been given Scholarship of Rs. 41000/- by Rajasthan State Games Council. In this Pratibha Sharma has been given a scholarship of Rs. 15500/-, Neelam Rathore Rs. 5,000/-, Tapasya Pandey and Sonal Salecha 3,000/- each and Neha Lahoti Rs. 2000/-.
29-30 June’10 : Two days INTER COLLEGE TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT was organized by University of Rajasthan at Biyani Girls College. Seven teams participated in this tournament. Our college team secured third position in singles represented by Karishma Gupta.
13-14 Aug.’10 : Two days NATIONAL TABLE SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP-10 was held in Parmanu, Himachal Pradesh. Three of our college students Avneet Kaur, Karishma Gupta and Sakshi Singh won gold medals and Mamta Saharan, Heena Nathawat, Varsha Rawat and Ayushi Shringi secured bronze medals.
28 Dec.’10 -3 Jan.’11 : Seven Days INDO-NEPAL INTERNATIONAL TABLE SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP 2010-11 was held in Birat Nagar, Nepal. Six students of our college Karishma Gupta, Manisha Shrivastava, Heena Nathawat, Varsha Rawat, Ayushi Shringi and Divya brought laurels to the institution by securing four gold, four silver and one bronze medal.
5 Jan.’11 Mr. Rajendra Singh Shekhawat, Sports officer of our institute has been honored with ‘BEST RAFFERI AWARD’ on National Level in 5 Indo-Nepal International Table Soccer Championship 2010-11 held in Nepal.
14 Feb.’11 VEER TEJA AWARDS was organized by Veer Teja Foundation in Jaipur where students of National and International level were honored. Our college students Karishma Gupta and Heena Nathawat gold medalists for International Table Soccer Championship were honored as best International Soccer Players.
28 Feb.’11 INTER HOUSE TOURNAMENT was organized by Biyani Institute of Science & Management. The chief guest for the occasion was Mr. Heera Nand Kataria, International Kabbaddi Player and special guest was Mr. Rajeev Gupta, National Table Tennis Player. Ten teams participated in this tournament and played brilliantly in games such as shot-put, Kho-Kho, Javelin Throw, Disc Throw, Three Leg Race and Tug of War. The winners were Royal Challengers.
10-11 Nov.’10 : Two days NATIONAL VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP was held in Gwalior in which Neha Sharma of our college was selected to represent Rajasthan Volleyball, Rajasthan University. Her selection brought great glory to this institute. |
