The Placement Cell of BISMA acts as an interface between the students and the industry. We continuously strive to help its students get the best offers. With this urge, we encourage industry to actively consider our students for suitable responsibilities to meet their organizational strategic intents. The following steps would be helpful to understand the structure of the placement process at BISMA:
1. Dissemination of Placement Brochure: The placement brochure developed by BISMA provides comprehensive details about the programs, student profiles (based on specialization) and is disseminated to organizations, and may also be requested through an email or telephonic call to the Placement Office.
2. Expression of Interest: The organizations may express interest in visiting the campus and communicate their requirement to the Placement Office, which in turn, shall forward them the detailed profile of suitable candidates.
3. Pre-Placement Talk and Selection Process: The organizations are invited to BISMA campus to deliver a Pre-Placement talk and proceed with the selection process. The schedule for the same can be decided as per mutual convenience. This talk may include a company presentation in order to help students understand the job requirements, organizational expectations, profiles offered, desired skills set, compensation package to be offered and the complete selection process. The final interviews are held at BISMA campus or at the company location as the case may be on the same day or on a mutually agreed schedule.
